Ag. KLT Customs Boss, DC Adigun Moves to Enhance Operational Efficiency, Engages Terminal Operators

Acting Customs Area Controller (CAC) of Kirikiri Lighter Terminal (KLT) Command, Deputy Comptroller BL Adigun has taken bold steps to enhance operational efficiency, as he held his first meeting with terminal operators.
In a statement issued on Thursday by the Command’s Public Relations Officer, Chief Superintendent of Customs, CSC Victor Ogagbor, for the Acting Customs Area Controller, the meeting shows DC Adigun’s commitment to open communication and dedication to effective collaboration.
The engagement also provided a platform for constructive discussions on aligning operational expectations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and improving coordination between Customs and terminal operators to enhance terminal efficiency.
DC Adigun emphasised the Command’s commitment to integrity and accountability, stressing the importance of compliance, accurate documentation, and transparent procedures to protecting revenue, building trust, and fostering a business-friendly environment.
