Eid-al-Kabir: NASFAT President Extends Warm Greetings to Muslims Worldwide

The President, Nasrul-Lahi-L-Fatih (NASFAT) Society, Dr. Ayodeji AbdulWahid AbdulRauf FCS, has extended warm felicitations to Muslims globally, particularly those performing Hajj.
According to Dr. AbdulWahid, the Eid al-Adha and Hajj rituals serve as a reminder of the shared roots of the Abrahamic faiths and the powerful role of faith in motivating communities to serve and stand with those in need.
He noted that thousands of Nigerian Muslims are among those who have joined the 2025 pilgrimage to Mecca and Medina, including visiting nearby historical sites.

“As Muslims celebrate Eid al-Adha, they commemorate Prophet Ibrahim’s willingness to sacrifice his son by distributing food to the less privileged. NASFAT joins the international community in relief efforts to assist those struggling to survive in various nations, including those affected by conflicts in Northern Nigeria, Ukraine, Palestine, India, and Pakistan,” he stated.
Dr. AbdulWahid wished all the pilgrims a successful and hitch-free exercise, saying “Eid Mubarak and Hajj Mabrour”.
He also extended best wishes to Muslims worldwide, wishing them good health, wellbeing, and abundant blessings of Allah.
The festive message from NASFAT emphasised the importance of faith in motivating communities to serve and stand with those in need, promoting unity, compassion, and service to humanity.
