Bauchi APC Leaders Unite to Resolve Differences

In a significant move towards unity within the party, Stakeholders of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Bauchi State held a meeting at the Yobe State Government Lodge, Abuja on Thursday, and agreed to resolve their differences towards rebirth of a strong and united party in the state.

According to a statement signed by Mamman Mohammed, DG Press and Media Affairs to the Governor, the meeting was chaired by Yobe State Governor, Hon. (Dr.) Mai Mala Buni CON. It brought together Senior Special Assistant to the President on Political and Other Matters, Hon. Ibrahim Kabiru Masari; former Speaker House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, Sen. Umar Shehu Buba, former governors Isa Yuguda and Mohammed Abubakar.

Others included: the Minister of Health, Prof. Ali Pate, two former Deputy governors and party loyalists from the state.

The stakeholders embraced each other, expressing delight at the opportunity to sort out their differences with a clear understanding to work for the unity of the party.
